On January 9, 2020, the Federation University Australian Road Nationals hosted the National Criterium Championships on Sturt Street, Ballarat, VIC.

To say it was wet is an understatement. It was a great day to be a duck! But rather than going under the covers and staying dry, I embraced the weather, put on my camera weather shield and stayed out in the rain. Was it cold? YES. Was I soaked? YES. Was it worth it? F! YES! Enjoy!

NOTE: If you are viewing the website thru your mobile phone, the best way to download the photos directly is to hold (press-and-hold down, rather than just press) on the photo. Wait for it to pop-up and when it does, select the photo again. You should be able to download it from here. Just press the < back button to keep browsing.

I have purposely included a watermark on the images from a creative rights perspective, however, if you are one of the individuals that raced or one of the represented teams/clubs and would like a HI-RES copy of your own images without the watermark, then please email me directly or DM me on Instagram. I'm more than happy to provide these to you. I take photos as a hobby, I love it and its a bit of a passion of mine for the past 20 years.

HOWEVER, I also do work and have a young family, so your request may not be addressed immediately, or may be forgotten all together.

My intention is not to make money off the images, and if I do decide to charge for the photos, it is likely to be all donated to a charity (eg. a blood cancer foundation, love you mum). Feel free to also use the photos as they are, all that I ask is that you credit the photographer. It's just the polite thing to do!
